We offer a 100% refund of your deposit at any point up until you approve the initial design layout and site blueprint. Once you greenlight the design and we begin generating the custom code and configuring your assets, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

This is because the design blueprint represents the point at which we stop discovery work and commit our engineering time to your project · at that point we're turning down other work to focus on yours.

If we cannot successfully get your Google Business Profile verified and live on Google Maps within 30 days due to a technical failure on our end, we will refund your GBP setup fee in full. Failures caused by Google's own verification system (e.g., postcards lost in the mail, video verification rejected repeatedly) are outside our control; in those cases we'll keep working with you at no extra charge until the profile is live.

Monthly maintenance is billed in advance and is non-refundable for the current month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we hand off any files or credentials needed for you to continue elsewhere.

Email info@mdbusinesslink.com with the project name and the reason for your refund request. We'll respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.
